Diversification of wood crushers contributes to the reuse of waste wood
There are many kinds of scrap wood, such as corner materials in furniture factories, wood boards after use of packaging products, wood scrap crafts, some branches in forestry, wood used in building materials and so on, scrap wood can be seen everywhere around us. Waste timber can be reused. Waste timber can be used to reduce the waste of timber. It also plays a great role in the green environment. Some measures can be taken to turn old timber into waste.
A piece of old furniture, after disassembly and classification, most of its waste materials are old wood. After direct processing, secondary processing, chemical processing, incineration, degradation and decay, old wood reappears in many forms, such as new board, new furniture, plastic materials and so on.
Utilization of waste furniture:
1. The direct processing and reuse of waste wood furniture mainly refers to the reuse of well-preserved wood in waste furniture after woodworking machinery processing.
2. Waste wood is placed in nature and allowed to rot or degrade as fertilizer. This practice is rare in China at present.
3. At present, in our country, wood decomposed from old furniture can also be burned to generate heat or other energy, but at present, old furniture wood has not been systematically treated.
4. Wood waste materials without glue or paint are chemically processed into wood chemical processed products and paper-making raw materials. At present, this kind of treatment is rare.
5. Waste wood furniture is separated by wood crusher. Wood fibers, particles and other materials are obtained by boiling or steaming. The raw particleboard and raw fiberboard are made by adding adhesives and other additives. In the production of new furniture, raw fibers and particles are usually mixed with raw wood materials, and in the production of raw fiberboard, the use of old materials is 30%. In addition, waste wood materials can also be processed into sawdust to produce biomass particles or machine-made charcoal.
6. Waste furniture materials include more blockboard (i.e. large core board) and plywood. These two kinds of boards can be separated by high-temperature boiling and other methods. Solid wood furniture can also be processed by woodworking machinery. These two are important materials in the production of integrated wood and large core board. The two manufacturing processes are the same as those of common Blockboard and laminated wood. As raw plywood materials are veneers with large area, the production of raw plywood using old furniture materials is not large in reality.
7. Non-wood crushed sawdust is combined with plastic powder to make wood-plastic composite materials for outdoor furniture, wood-plastic pallets, automobile industry and so on.
